Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship our products across India. If your location is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will notify you and provide alternative shipping options if available.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you at the time of order placement.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on orders above ₹599.
  • A standard shipping charge of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹499
  • Express shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Express delivery: 1-3 business days (if applicable).
  • Remote areas may take longer for delivery.
  • Standard delivery: 4-7 business days (depending on your location)

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • You can track your order on our website under the Order Tracking section.

6. Delivery Partner & Responsibility

  • We work with trusted courier partners for timely and safe delivery.
  • If your order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, strikes, or regulatory restrictions), we will inform you promptly.
  • SVP Vision is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service but will assist you in resolving any issues.

7. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us.
  • Ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays or order cancellation.
  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional reshipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue and offer a suitable resolution.
  • SVP Vision is not responsible for stolen packages if the tracking shows “Delivered.”

9. Cancellation & Changes to Orders

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. However, you may initiate a return as per our Return Policy.
